Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days for United States Shipping after payment is received and any fraud/verification checks are cleared.

  • Custom or large wholesale orders may require additional processing time. If your order falls into this category, our team will contact you.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via leading carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Rates and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking scans.

Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss

  • BloomingHead Wholesale Hair and our fulfillment partners (including Pure Allure Hair) are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that a carrier confirms as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery address entered, delivery date, tracking history, and shipping-carrier information to help you investigate directly with the carrier.

  • If you believe your package is misdelivered or stolen, contact the carrier immediately to open a claim and check nearby locations or neighbors.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional re-shipping charges.

International Shipments (if applicable)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
